Glooko, Inc. and Cecelia Health partnered with a large midwestern hospital system to deliver a virtual care diabetes support program to its employee members and their dependents. Participants (n=126) received one-on-one diabetes education and health coaching from a Cecilia Health CDCES, and full access to the Glooko user app to track and monitor food intake, medication, and activity. Results suggested strong patient engagement and motivation to participate. 12-week results revealed clinically meaningful reductions in A1c and above-average time-in-range.
